4.1. Microsoft Corporation (service provider, providing cloud computing services);
4.2. Lawyers, notaries, bailiffs, auditors, consultants, information technology service providers, providers of electronic communications services, insurance companies, companies providing archiving services, payment service providers and other services for us (data may be transferred for all purposes indicated in Section 2 above);
4.3. Courts, supervisors, law enforcement and other public authorities (data may be transferred for purposes indicated in Section 2.5 above);
4.4. Potential or actual acquirers of our business or its part or their authorized consultants or representatives (data may be transferred for all purposes indicated in Section 2 above).

 

5. Do you disclose information about me outside the European Economic Area?

 

Persons indicated in Section 4 may be established outside the European Union and European Economic Area. In case we will transfer your personal data to such territories, we will take all the necessary and in the legal acts indicated measures to ensure that your privacy will remain properly secured. When this is permitted by law, we disclose information about you to:

5.1. Microsoft Corporation (USA) (data is protected in accordance with Privacy Shield program).

6. What can I do about my information at your company?

 

GDPR and other relevant data protection laws provide you with certain rights, provide cases when you can exercise these rights, the procedures you have to follow, and the exceptions where you will not be able to exercise your rights. When permitted by law, you can:

6.1. Submit a request for confirmation that the we are processing the data related to you. If we process the data related to you, you can request access to the data processed and related information;
6.2. Submit a request to correct inaccurate or incorrect information used or to supplement it when it is not complete;
6.3. Submit a request to delete the information we have about you if we use it illegally;
6.4. Submit a request to restrict the processing of your information – if you dispute the accuracy of the data or object to the processing of the data, if you do not accept that your data would be deleted which was illegally processed, or if you need the data to claim, execute or defend legal claims;
6.5. Object to collection, use and storage of your information at our Company – when we process data based on our and / or third party’s legal interests;
6.6. Submit a request to transfer (receive) the data that you provided to us under the contract or giving the consent and which we process by automated means, generally using electronic form;
6.7. Object to being subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects or similarly significantly affects you;
6.8. Withdraw any consents given to us regarding information used about you – when we use the data based on your consent;
6.9. Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence or place of an alleged infringement of the GDPR and seek a judicial remedy.
