With unlimited projects and folders available, Production Tools is built to handle the entire casting scope of your business. To start working on a project, simply search and filter your database for assets that best fit your criteria for a particular production. You can then organize and shortlist assets for roles or different confirmation stages, and send them to your team or clients for sign-off. You can even manage privacy settings for shared links, so you can safely share exactly what you want, with whom you want, at every step.
With Production Tools, talent can upload themselves to your database. With our customizable Casting Call Forms, talent can respond to postings with their own images, videos, audio files, and documents. The form and data fields are fully customizable and translatable to any language. Just create the form, share the link, and watch as assets fill your project folders and database.
If you already have a big database of great talent, don’t worry—we’ve got you covered. We’ve made it easy to upload all your assets and actor profiles from your current resources. Use Excel templates and bulk media importing for a hassle-free switch. We even have a White Glove Migration Service for anyone who needs a turn-key solution.
We built Production Tools for collaboration. Clients and team members can comment on talent profiles, so feedback is live and consolidated. Your shareable project comments can also contain talent project-specific notes, audition tapes, and any other media files. And at every step, you have complete control of what people can and can’t see via our custom privacy settings.
Our mass message function allows you to instantly reach out to hundreds of talent selects in your database and quickly check their availability, send production updates, and more. All messages are fully customizable and translatable, and include a quick-reply function with automated response sorting, so you can sort your talent based on their responses.
Once you’ve sorted your selected talent, and collected feedback from your team or client, you can export your final casting list in a format suitable to you and the filming crew. PDF’s are ready to present—complete with images—while Excel exports provide you with a detailed, plaintext record. If you want to export separate media files to design custom presentations or backup your whole database—just export the Archive.
